This is a lose for those of us that are honest and prefer self-checkout to waiting on a forever line because though the store has removed all the self-checkouts they didn’t bother to hire back any cashiers to actually run the registers, so for those that think this is going to equate to more jobs, it is not, no one will be hired, they will staff the front end with maybe 2 or 3 cashiers and lines will be extremely long. There are ways for them to keep people from stealing such as better camera systems.
